We keep the data for as long as necessary for the purpose and the applicable legal periods; afterwards it is deleted or anonymised.

We do not transfer data to third parties except where legally required. We may use technology providers (hosting, messaging such as WhatsApp) acting as data processors; some may involve international transfers with appropriate safeguards.

You can exercise access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, as well as withdraw your consent at any time, by writing through the contact form. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

8. Automated assistant

The chat on this website generates its replies using an artificial intelligence service from an external provider established outside the European Economic Area, in a country without an adequacy decision by the European Commission; by writing in it you expressly ask us to send your message to that service so we can reply to you. The conversations in the chat on this website are stored in the business's private panel, on our own server within the European Union, so we can deal with your query and follow it up. The chat conversation is linked to a random session identifier that lives in your browser while you have the tab open, not to your identity, unless you yourself give us your details in it. They are kept for a maximum of 90 days and you can ask for them to be deleted at any time using the contact form. Do not include sensitive data (health, bank details or identity documents). If you prefer, use the contact form, which does not go through that service.

9. Visit measurement

To find out how many people visit this website and which pages they view, we log each visit on our own server, within the European Union, without cookies and without third-party services. We do not store your IP address: it is replaced by a non-reversible code that changes every day and that does not allow you to be identified or tracked between sites. If your browser has the "Do Not Track" signal or Global Privacy Control enabled, we do not log anything.
